CYT-Spokane's First Ever Show-in-a-Week - "Seize the Day: A Broadway Review"

CYT-Spokane is proud and excited to offer the first ever Show-in-a-Week - "Seize the Day - A Broadway Review"! Similar to our summer camp idea for ages 5 to 18, we will cast the show on Monday, rehearse Monday through Friday, and perform on Saturday - but the best part is that it is open to ALL AGES! From kids to adults, the whole family can be involved in this performance!
 
The show will follow two college students as they search for their "purpose" in life, and will include exciting, familiar music from shows like "Rent," "Hairspray," "Fiddler on the Roof," "West Side Story," "Newsies," "Annie" and so much more! Parts in the show include family members, college students, college professors, and more - so make sure to come out and audition for it on Monday, August 23rd! A $25.00 processing fee will be required for the performers - but we are also looking for volunteers to help us with our crew, sets, props, costumes, sound & lights, so please let us know if you are interested in being involved in any of the "behind-the-scenes" work for our "Show-in-a-Week." We'll need all the help we can get!
 
We will have registration open soon for "Seize the Day: A Broadway Review," so be looking for the registration form on our website and in our office. All participants must be registered for the event prior to August 23rd, and the processing fee will be due at the time of registration.

The week of August 23rd-27th, we will be rehearsing for our Show-in-a-Week at the CYT Studio from 3pm to 9pm.
Performances will be at the Bing Crosby Theater on Sat, August 28th at 3 and 7pm. Tickets will only be $10.00, so invite your friends and family to come see! More information to come ... hope to see you all there!
